Tutorial Request & FABOO On-line Store & a GIVEAWAY!!!!

**Keep reading for my give-away.** I came across this store called Live 2 Scrapbook! Its always scary ordering from a new store. But have no fear, I ordered from this store and had a fantastic experience. The owner is quick to respond to e-mails, has INCREDIBLE customer service and is fast to ship. Speaking of shipping, she charges a flat fee of $4.99! Yeah... you heard me right, only $4.99! I'm such a non-liker of shipping costs that I LOVE she charges such a low flat fee! Plus if you sign up for her mailing list, she occasionally sends out a 99 cent shipping coupons! As if thats not enough, check out her prices! She has fantastic prices, no paying full price (or more in some cases)! She carries some of my favorite manufacturers like Cosmo Cricket, My Minds Eye and Echo Park. She offers many others such as Making Memories, Basic Grey, Maya Road, Crate Paper, Fancy Pants and more! I just received an order from her. I thanked her for her fab customer service and told her I wanted to mention her store on my blog and link it up. She gave me a discount code to share with you all! Here it is: kp910. Enter that at check out and receive an addition 15% off your order! How cool is that? Keep reading for the giveaway! ;-) A few examples, she has the new Echo Park line kits for $11.99 (reg. $13.99), Basic Grey Pyrus Collection $18.99 (reg. $22.00), or the Cosmo Cricket Togetherness Kit for $12.25 (reg. $14.99). Pair those up with the extra 15% and your getting a heck of a deal. Okay, if you made it through my shpeal(yeah...don't think that ones in the dictionary), kudos to you! Thanks for listening! So many times I get horrible customer service that I LOVE to share good ones! So, leave me a comment about making your own Christmas gifts (do you make them, any great new ideas this year, have you started, etc, etc, etc) and I'll share some chipboard pieces from the Cosmo Cricket Mitten Weathers, Togetherness and Pixie-licious lines! Yep, I am having so much fun playing with the chipboard pieces that I'll share a few pieces from each with one lucky winner to enjoy! Make sure and go check out Live 2 Scrap! You won't be disappointed!
So a couple of you wanted me to do a tutorial on the paper pleating. I should have just created the tutorial. Instead, I went and tracked down the tutorial I saw. Searching for the original took WAY TO LONG! Haha! Anyhow...in my previous post I had done some faux paper pleating on a layout. Here is a link to the tutorial: Faux Paper Pleating Tutorial. So there you have it! Enjoy! Its super simple and really doesn't take too much time! Oh, and if you care to see my original post using the tutorial it can be found here.

Thank you for sharing your good experience, and the discount! I'll have to check out this site!

I do try to make a few christmas gifts each year. This year I want to try something I found in a gooseberry patch christmas book - glass ornaments with pictures from wrapping paper mod podged onto it. If it doesn't turn out well, I'll probably end up decorating paint cans!

I will totally share great customer service experiences too! I love, love, love when I get a great deal and excellent customer service! I'm on a spending freeze right now, but I'll bookmark the store for the future! I make Christmas ornaments and cards, but what I really like to make is gift card holders! I usually whip them up on my sewing machine! I used a lot of Cosmo Cricket Wonderful and Be Good for one that I made in the past! It's fun to give the gift cards a personal touch!
