Anniversary Card

My 8th Anniversary is coming up next week. Perfect timing for the Paper Variety challenge this week. Their challenge was to create a wedding themed layout, card or project.

I have done this design before, but like it so much I keep repeating it! :-)
I used the Bo Bunny Grease Monkey line and a card I got in a kit quite a while ago from Citrus Tree Studio. Oh, and an SRM sticker, can't forget that. Those stickers are the best!

On to Halloween pictures! Silly me, forgot the costumes. This kids and I were staying at my parents house (40 min. from my house). I realized late Saturday night that I had left the costumes at home. I tried to convince Peyton to dress up as something else, but he was set on The Punching Hulk.
We invited my niece to go out with us. She didn't have a costume so I grabbed my Daphne (off Scooby Doo) costume. It was a bit big, but she liked it!
Maddy was a ladybug. She didn't get a choice. I found the costume at a garage sale over the summer for a buck. Since I'm not a big fan of halloween, she was stuck with what I chose. haha!
It was a full day. Peyton went to church with my mom while Maddy and I ran home to get the costumes. We went to a few stops (what a chore....three car seats and two adults in a car....not so easy to get in and out, haha!). Then we went to my sister in laws 21st birthday lunch. We didn't get home til just before it started getting dark and Peyton was POOPED! We had a full day Saturday and no naps that day too!
Maddy somehow struggled through her sleepiness and was ready to roll once we got home!
Grandma DuPont gave the kids the wax lips. Remember those? How I loved those as a kid.
Heehee...these pictures crack me up!
I can hear Maddy giggling in this one!

If you made it through all those, kudos to you! Thanks for stopping by! I hope you'll come back soon! I have a bunch more to share!

I love the card and your use of unconventional colours for a romantic card. The ruffled layer prettys it up :O)
