I've seen a few cards with the layered scallop strips and loved them. I figured why not try them on a layout?
I am loving anything Jillibean these days. Love their papers, die cuts and stickers! The pictures were from 2010! Yes, I am a bit behind! ;-)
This next one is from the beginning of January 2011. They are from the time right before and after my Grandpa's funeral. It was really neat for me to spend so much time with family and extended family that I normally don't see.
The picture on the left is of me (back row on the right), my brother (front center) and three cousins. There are only 5 grandchildren, and I think this was the first picture of us all together since my childhood! :-0 Hard to believe, but its true! I'm not fond of this layout, but like the pictures. Pictures are more important, so I am okay with it.

Thank you for stopping by! I hope all those with wild and crazy weather are staying warm, dry and safe!

Great layouts Kayla!! I just adore that first one, I love the Jillibean and all the scalloped borders!! And I like the block design on the 2nd, great way to use lots of photos.

I like these both so much. Beautiful layouts. And I have to say: scrapping pics from 2010 is not behind at all in my book! Thanks do much for the love over at LYB. :-)
