I feel so bad! I forgot to give credit where credit was due! I created this layout for the Creative Cuts & More Blog hop. Well that REALLY cute Bingo card came from Lindsay's Stamp Shop. Here is layout I did for a challenge over at Citrus Tree Studio. I used the October kit from their also. I absolutely LOVED this kit and its really hard to not get another one! It was chalk full of yumminess! Make sure to check it out here: Citrus Tree Studio October Kit. It's hard to see, but I cut the inner of the frame out. I popped the outside ring up using pop dots and trimmed the inside a bit so that the cardstock showed through.
